Hey! I’m Ellie.


I am a 300-hour trained Holosomatic Breathwork practitioner and passionate advocate for introspective therapies. I love empowering others through holding safe and supportive spaces for them to do deep inner work.


Before I tried it for myself, I used to think breathwork was just about deep breathing —beneficial, perhaps, but not life-changing. I was unaware of the many ways breathwork could be practiced, and the various (and countless!) benefits that different styles could offer. Breathwork opened up an entirely new realm of healing for me — one that was far more effective than any conventional therapy I had tried in the past.


What stood out from the very first session was the instant relief and clarity I felt. But the real benefits kicked in after integrating the practice into my routine. I finally had an accessible way of connecting with myself. I developed a deep understanding of what my body and mind needed to heal after years of physical and emotional burnout. It became easier to set boundaries and identify the warning signs of stress. I am now on a mission to share this tool with others like me, who are seeking an effective way to enhance their mental and physical wellbeing, particularly where other conventional therapies have fallen short.

My goal is to help you harness the power of breath for real, lasting change. With the right approach, you can cultivate clarity, resilience, and a deeper connection to your inner wisdom.​
