PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION
 

  • Do not eat a large meal before the session. Ideally, leave a 2+ hour gap between eating and your session.

  • Make sure you have access to good quality headphones or audio sound system.

  • Find a quiet area to set up your space where you won't be distracted.

  • Make sure you have access to a yoga mat, cushions and blankets.

  • A stable internet connection is required to play music and vocal guidance.

  • Bring a notepad or journal for integration and reflection.

  • Wear comfortable clothing. It is also recommended to use an eye-mask/blindfold.

  • To enhance your experience, you can light incense or scented candles prior to the session. Make sure these are extinguished before starting.

  • Keep an open mind and remember you are in a safe space!

  • Ensure that you have read and understood the waiver form.
